Hybrid Role: Primarily remote with occasional travel - driving licence required
The Estates Coordinator is central to ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of maintenance services across all our early years settings. This role focuses on coordinating, administering, and communicating maintenance tasks and priorities, working closely with internal teams, external contractors, and nursery managers. The goal is to maintain safe, well-functioning environments that support the wellbeing of both children and colleagues.

The Estates Coordinator is central to ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of maintenance services across all our early years settings. This role focuses on coordinating, administering, and communicating maintenance tasks and priorities, working closely with internal teams, external contractors, and nursery managers. Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritise tasks based on safety and operational needs
- Manage records, reports, and compliance documentation
- Support invoice approvals and statutory maintenance checks
- Liaise with nursery managers, maintenance teams, and contractors
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience in a similar estates, admin, or facilities role
- Knowledge of health & safety and safeguarding (desirable)
