The role
- Management of Building Safety Act and developer remediation contract compliance schedules , including liaising with managing agents and third party owners to ensure that St George City is meeting its obligations (including collating and providing reports to Berkeley Group).
- Reviewing Managing Agent updates to the Golden thread and Building Safety Case reports for High Risk buildings.
- Management of Estates SharePoint site, ensure all TQM audits, checks and KPI sheets are uploaded promptly.
- Attendance of meetings with managing agents.
- Maintain diary of statutory inspections on SharePoint site and chase responses and submission from agents.
- Audit of current schemes and areas that have been handed over from St George to the Estates team.
- Ensure contracts and management agreements are fully up to date.
- Manage the FRA tracking process with all agents.
- Assisting with Board and Project Review reports.
- Maintain on a weekly basis the management reporting tools / trackers on Sharepoint.
- Arranging meetings for the Estate Managers and producing notes if necessary.
- Raising work orders and payment certificates with work completed invoices.
- Car park reviews including rights to park and allocated spaces sold, and remaining spaces to be delivered.
- Assistance with estate strategies for forthcoming developments, including writing internal reports and memos.
- Site visits as required.
- Defect maintenance management, booking contractors to rectify defects and ensure all required inspections are undertaken, as well as regular fire drills.
- Travel to City sites for meetings
- Assisting the Head of estates with diary management and issue resolution.
- Confident using Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- IT literate.
- Passion to work in a property-focused organisation.
- Numerate, diligent, conscientious, flexible and willing to help.
