We're seeking an organised and proactive Estates Coordinator to support the smooth running of our estate. You'll manage maintenance, utilities, supplies, and compliance, ensuring everything operates efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, liaising with contractors and branch staff
- Manage utilities, waste removal, and branch provisions (supplies, licences)
- Oversee Health & Safety and Fire compliance, including audits, training, and documentation
- Support branches with furniture, equipment, and general estate requests
- Drive cost efficiencies and contribute to estate projects
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Confident communicator, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and Fire regulations is a bonus
- IT literate (Microsoft Office), numerate, and detail-focused
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally
