Job Description
Do you currently work for a residential property business, or a property consultancy and you're looking for your first in-house role? We're looking for someone to join our growing Property team as and Estates Coordinator. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide administrative support and assistance on facilities and property matters to the PortmanDentex Property team.

Our office is conveniently located opposite the racecourse entrance, and features a café on-site, free parking, and beautiful parkland surroundings.

Qualifications
We welcome your application if you have the following qualifications and skills:
- Previous property and/or Insurance experience, ideally from a background supporting multiple estate portfolio (either residential or commercial)
- Advanced spreadsheet skills, as well as good Word and PowerPoint skills and experience
- Good organisational and record keeping skills
- Assoc RICS and/or IOSH Managing Safely or the willingness to undertake these accreditations
- An ability to effectively prioritise a shifting workload is key
