Your responsibilities will include

  • Delivering a high-quality, customer-focused housing management service
  • Ensuring the building is safe, secure, and fully compliant
  • Supporting residents' wellbeing through engagement, activities, and community involvement
  • Managing lettings, waiting lists, and working to minimise voids
  • Carrying out assessments and developing tailored support plans
  • Working closely with health, social care, and community partners
  • Promoting independence, dignity, and choice in everything you do
  • Collaborating with a wide range of internal teams and external partners including health services, social care professionals, contractors, families and community groups
To be successful you will need:

  • Experienced in working with individuals within the care, supported living or housing sector
  • Knowledgeable in health & safety and general facilities management
  • Passionate about delivering person-centered support
  • Skilled in housing management and/or supported living environments
  • Confident working with partners and external agencies
  • Knowledgeable in health & safety and general facilities management
  • A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills and experience working in a customer focused environment
  • IT confident, with experience using Microsoft Office
  • Fluent Welsh language skills written and verbal are desirable
  • An Enhanced DBS check
  • Full UK drivers licence with access to own transport
This is a temporary role on a week-by-week basis, working 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm). You'll be on an hourly rate of £19.75 + accrued holiday pay based in Bangor, Gwynedd.
