As a Graduate Housing Officer at Hyde, you will support our customers to live safely and independently while gaining hands-on experience across housing management. You'll be at the heart of community impact-making a tangible difference to people's lives while building a career with purpose.
Key Duties
• Conduct comprehensive monthly property inspections, reporting repairs and risks with detailed notes and photographs.
• Perform health and safety and fire safety compliance checks, following up on required actions.
• Ensure customer wellbeing through regular calls and visits, making referrals as appropriate.
• Act as the point of contact for customers regarding communal services and tenancy issues.
• Manage tenancies, anti-social behaviour (ASB), and neighbour disputes, referring to specialist teams as necessary.
• Lead the financial management of schemes, including reviewing service charge estimates and ensuring value for money.

As a Graduate Housing Officer we're seeking someone who can bring:
• Proven experience in a customer service role (housing/property, retail, hospitality, or similar).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy and resilience.
• Organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• A genuine interest in housing management, social work, or community development.
You will need to complete a psychometric assessment online before progressing to interview stage.
