Salary: £53,550 - £63,000 depending on experience
Location/base: Hybrid– a combination of working from home and in the office based in Coventry
Hours: 35 hours per week

About you
We’re seeking an individual with extensive compliance experience to lead CIH’s corporate governance, risk management, data protection, and facilities management efforts. You’ll have a strong understanding of what it takes to lead a high-performing team, paired with a high level of personal integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you’ll be adept at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels and conveying complex ideas in clear, accessible ways. With a keen commercial mindset, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of the organisation while ensuring that governance requirements are developed and implemented effectively.
