About you

We’re looking for a strategic leader for CIH’s IT and data functions, able to drive the development and implementation of innovative, industry-leading solutions that meet our current and future IT and data needs.

In this role you’ll lead the design and delivery of our technical roadmap, digitally transforming our processes to drive our membership and qualifications growth ambitions.

You’ll bring a strong understanding of what robust compliance, and security looks like —and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards.

You’ll be ambitious in driving continuous improvement across all IT and data activities, recognising the impact that effective IT systems and high-quality data can bring to enable users and key stakeholders to excel in their roles.

As an experienced leader of high-performing, specialist teams, you’ll combine a deep technical understanding with strong personal integrity. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you’ll be responsible for building relationships with stakeholders at all levels and translating complex ideas in clear, accessible ways.
