Reporting directly to the Chief Officer – Place, this pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing, fully resourced housing service through a period of exciting transformation and growth. • Strategic insight and operational agility
  • A solution-focused mindset with sound judgement
  • Experience in driving improvement and delivering results
  • Integrity, professionalism, and the ability to inspire and motivate

This is a rare opportunity to inherit a well-regarded, high-performing team, following the planned retirement of the current Head of Housing. With a successful restructure in 2021 and the integration of facilities management in 2022, our service is primed for continued success.

  • A competitive salary and benefits package
  • Generous annual leave
  • Professional development opportunities
  • A relocation package for the right candidate
  • A supportive, collaborative environment where you can thrive
