About the role
Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and passionate about delivering great customer service? GreenSquareAccord is looking for a Home Ownership Co-ordinator to join our Homes and Communities team in Chippenham.
In this varied and fast-paced role, you`ll provide essential admin support to the Homeownership team, while being a key point of contact for customers, solicitors, and external agencies. From managing staircasing queries to preparing legal packs and updating records, your attention to detail and people skills will make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to homeowners, solicitors, managing agents, and colleagues.
- Manage the team`s shared inbox and respond to or direct queries appropriately.
- Handle shared ownership and leasehold processes, including staircasing and sales.
- Prepare and send sellers` information packs (LPE1/FME1 forms).
- Maintain accurate records and update the Housing Management system (Orchard).
- Support with intermediate rent and garage tenancies, including contracts and payments.
- Process invoices and assist with service charge and financial admin.
- Provide general admin support including correspondence, document handling, and call management.
About you
Essential:
- Strong admin and organisational skills.
- GCSE-level (or equivalent) verbal, numerical, and reasoning skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Able to prioritise a busy and varied workload.
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to handle sensitive or challenging situations.
- Experience with housing systems (e.g., Orchard, MIS).
- Understanding of leasehold and shared ownership processes.
- Knowledge of service charges and property management.
- IRPM or ARLA qualifications or training desirable but not essential.
