Head Office Location: Brindley Place, Birmingham

Job Location: flexible office location

Salary - £33,400-£41,800 + £750 Car Allowance per annum

Contract type - Permanent

Working hours - Full Time (37 per week)

About the role

Duties will include (but are not limited to) review of leases, managing valuation disputes, arranging deeds of variation, resolving complex staircasing cases. You will also provide support to our Leasehold customers who wish to extend the terms of their leases or vary the terms of their lease.

You will be responsible for the management of leasehold and shared ownership stock across GreenSquareAccord, providing an end-to-end customer facing service; duties include (but not limited to): management of customer and third-party queries, resales, lease extensions, lease, and tenancy breaches, S20.

You will deliver a strong commitment to customer service and overall service excellence.

Your role will be to ensure customers and properties are managed in accordance with current legislation, regulation, and lease agreement.

You will ensure the organisation`s best interests are protected when liaising with managing agents and other external bodies.

You will be providing specialist advice and support around leasehold management to colleagues across GreenSquareAccord.

You will be able to own and manage projects and complex legal matters within the Home Ownership portfolio, working with internal colleagues, customers and external bodies to resolve them.

You will be prepared to travel and work across GSA`s whole area of operation.

About you

You will have good general or technical education beyond GCSE e.g. 2 or more A- Levels/NVQ3 or vocabulary, verbal reasoning and numerical skills to the equivalent ability level.

You will have good working knowledge of relevant leasehold, service charge and housing legislation; to include Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002.

You must have the ability to interpret residential and commercial leases, management, and service level agreements.

You will be flexible, and customer focussed - providing help and support to customers who wish to staircase.

You will be able to demonstrable record of delivering excellent customer service.

You will have experience of resident consultation.

Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require evidence of the required certificates and qualifications for this role. Without this evidence, you would be unable to commence employment at GreenSquareAccord.
