The role
In this role, you will work closely with a wide range of partner organisations to deliver vital housing support to vulnerable homeless individuals and families. You will provide person centred assistance to those living in temporary accommodation, support people within the community to help them sustain tenancies, and contribute to our wider housing service for anyone seeking safe and secure accommodation. Your work will play a crucial part in preventing homelessness, promoting wellbeing, and helping people move towards longer term housing solutions.
