Do you have experience in the housing, homelessness or support sector or do you have the personality and skills to support someone in their time of need? Are you looking for a role that is challenging but offers lots of job satisfaction?
As our Homelessness Prevention Support Officer, you will assist staff in the delivery of the housing options and advice service, developing support plans for each client's individually assessed support needs. You will provide tenancy support for clients in temporary and move on accommodation and will liaise with external agencies, client's families and carers as required.
