Join Our Team as a Mental Health Homeless Prevention Worker!

Do you enjoy supporting people to overcome housing challenges and prevent homelessness?

As a Mental Health Homeless Prevention Worker, you will work as part of a community-based team supporting individuals to sustain accommodation, access housing options, and reduce the risk of homelessness. You'll manage a caseload, provide short-term focused interventions, and work closely with partners across health, housing, and local authority services to achieve positive outcomes.

Who we're looking for:
  • Able to build positive relationships while maintaining boundaries
  • Strong communication and empathy skills
  • Organised, flexible, and able to manage a caseload effectively
  • Experience or knowledge of housing, homelessness or mental health
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence (or one permitting driving in the UK) and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
