What You Will Do:
- Provide support and guidance to individuals experiencing homelessness, helping them on their journey towards recovery and stability.
- Develop personalised recovery plans in collaboration with clients to address their unique needs and goals.
- Liaise with local agencies and services to ensure clients have access to the support they need.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track client progress and outcomes.
- Deliver effective crisis intervention and support during challenging situations.
