Job description
Permanent, Full Time working 37 hours per week. Your working days will be Monday to Friday.
Are you interested in leading a range of organisations to deliver long-term solutions to homelessness? An opportunity has arisen to coordinate Bristol City Council's Homelessness Pathways; a mixture of high, medium and low support accommodation services which, collectively, house over 700 people every night.
You will be working as part of our Homelessness Commissioning Team to ensure that the Homeless Pathways offer high quality services that support homeless adults to develop the skills, resources and resilience to move through and out of Pathways and into sustainable independent accommodation.
You will be responsible for coordinating client moves between services, monitoring quality and performance and problem-solving complex issues on a daily basis.
We are looking for someone with substantial experience in the field of homelessness who is committed to finding creative, client-focused solutions to help people recover from homelessness.
You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to establish constructive working relationships with stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes for clients.
You will need the ability to think critically to identify and tackle system-wide barriers, along with strong organisation skills to meet this busy and varied role.
