About this opportunity
Cumberland Council is looking for a compassionate and proactive Homelessness Prevention and Rough Sleeping Coordinator to join our Housing Services team. In this vital role, you'll work across agencies to support individuals at risk of homelessness or rough sleeping-particularly those leaving institutions such as hospitals, prisons, or care. You'll coordinate personalised interventions, manage complex cases, and help shape strategies that aim to end rough sleeping across the region.
We're looking for someone with experience in housing or homelessness services, strong partnership working skills, and a solid understanding of safeguarding and relevant legislation.
