Housing / Neighbourhood management
As a Homeownership Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact within the Homeownership Team, providing information and timely responses to customer queries. With a focus on ensuring that Freeholders, Leaseholders, and Shared Owners receive the highest quality service, you will play a crucial role in supporting residents, working with internal and external stakeholders, and helping the team meet its objectives.

In this role, you will respond to resident queries, providing accurate and prompt information, while also assigning cases to the appropriate Homeownership Property Managers or Regional Homeownership Managers. You will support the team in achieving results for our customers, query irregularities in scheduled payments to ensure value for money for homeowners, and assist in resolving complex queries and complaints from homeowners, working toward successful outcomes for both Peabody and the resident. You will need to be in the office for two days a week, one at our Westminster Bridge Road location and the other at a Peabody office of your choice.

You have professional experience in a homeownership environment, able to manage customer enquiries and handle complex queries. You are resilient, have excellent communication skills, and are familiar with purchase order processes. Additionally, you possess strong IT skills, multitasking abilities, and proven data management experience.

If you are proactive, have great attention to detail, and are passionate about delivering excellent service to residents, this role is perfect for you.
