As a vital part of the Rooms team and is someone who always looking at ways to improve the guest journey and elevate the service. The House Manager reports to the Executive Housekeeper.

As House Manager, you will responsible for the following duties:
- To ensure service is delivered to Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group standards, respecting all company policies as per departmental manuals, whilst applying our guiding principles and pillars.
- To provide supervision, training, and coaching by proactive, interactive and reactive management allowing each member to feel motivated and elevate the customer service extended to our guests.
- To act as a brand ambassador enhancing a feeling of comfort, warmth and care to our guests and residents. Following up on any feedback.
- To be flexible with shift pattern. Weekend and night coverage will be required.
