We need a House Manager who's passionate about helping people with a range of complex mental health needs to join our team at Broughton Lodge.

You will be joining our team on a full time, 40hrs per week basis.

Cygnet Broughton Lodge:

Broughton Lodge is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and a learning disability who may present with behaviours that may be of concern.

We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration. On site we have a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) who assist and support us to provide outcome based care and support pathways.

The Role:
  • Work in a specialist residential service for service users with challenging behaviours or autism & learning disabilities
  • Ensure the team provides safe, sound & supportive care to the people they support
  • Be a role model to your team & provide effective leadership & management
  • Work with multi-disciplinary teams, family members, local authorities & regulatory bodies
  • Meet quality targets to ensure the service is providing the best support & care possible.
You are...
  • Experienced as a House Manager in a social care setting
  • A talented leader with strong line management & communication skills
  • Experienced working with residents with challenges
  • An effective people, time & task manager
  • Used to working with varied stakeholders in the delivery of outstanding care.
