We have an exciting opportunity for people to show an expression of interest for future House Manager roles in Exeter, Exmouth, Torquay, Truro, Redruth, St Austell and the surrounding areas.
McCarthy Stone are building a Talent Pool to support our vibrant McCarthy Stone Retirement Living developments, where you will be the first to hear when vacancies arise in your preferred locations.
Hours: Typically 25 hours/week, Monday-Friday
Salary: £17,381.42, + Bonus

In this role, no two days are the same and you will be responsible for ensuring high quality property management and home owner engagement.

- The day-to-day operational running of the development
- Proactive and effective relationships with internal and external customers
- Representing and championing the McCarthy Stone brand at the development
- Promoting and driving activities for our Homeowners and driving a vibrant community
- Experience working in a customer centric environment
- Experience in multi-tasking and prioritising workload
- Emotional intelligence, self-awareness, empathy, and compassion
- Ability to problem solve, with a can-do attitude and hands on approach
- Time management, organisation and prioritisation
