About you

We are looking for an exceptional individual, to support the delivery of high-quality and fit for purpose learning experiences across our Housing Academy provision.

The Housing Academy provides everyone within the housing sector with the opportunity to continue their professional development through online qualifications and training.

You will play a key role in assisting with the development and implementation of quality assurance mechanisms providing support for the tutors and verifiers, to ensure a high level of service for learners and organisations to meet Awarding Organisation and regulatory requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will have proven experience of working in an educational setting with experience of internal verification processes. Excellent organisational and project management skills with an understanding of the key elements of course delivery and presentations and substantial experience of working in an educational setting. Experience of managing and monitoring workloads with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support the tutors and contracting team, assisting with the provision of training and development.
