About you
We are looking for an experienced training manager to join the Housing Academy team and lead the development and delivery of our training offer. This role is responsible for identifying training needs across the housing sector, shaping a relevant and sustainable programme, and ensuring high standards of delivery and quality assurance.

You will manage a team of contractors, oversee the development of training materials, and build effective relationships with stakeholders to support continuous improvement and growth. The role also involves managing budgets, responding to market needs, and ensuring training products remain competitive and aligned with organisational objectives.

This is a dynamic role suited to someone who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day delivery and adapt to changing priorities. It offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development of a high-quality training offer within a professional membership organisation.
