About you
We are seeking talented individuals to join our Housing Academy team during an exciting period for the Housing sector. The Housing Academy is a registered training provider dedicated to supporting professional development through qualifications from Level 2 to Level 5, delivered online, face-to-face, or blended.
The role involves delivering high-quality learning and assessment, supporting quality assurance, developing learning materials, and enhancing the learner experience through tailored support and feedback. We operate a hybrid model, with opportunities for both permanent and contractor tutors.
You will support our ongoing commitment to quality assurance and the development of learning materials and assessments across the Housing Academy’s provision. The role will focus on enhancing the overall learner experience through the provision of a high level of support, comprehensive feedback and guidance tailored to meet a wide variety of learners needs.
We operate a hybrid model, with some tutors working alongside our team on a contractor basis and whilst we are looking at the recruitment of permanent tutors as a priority, please do also talk to us if you are interested in joining our bank of contractors – we would love to hear from you!
Candidates should have proven experience of delivering and assessing housing qualifications, a background in the Housing Sector, and a passion for education and excellent learner support.

Salary range
- £34,508 - £37,853 per year
