Interim Housing Support Advisor
Hoddesdon Area | Interim – 3 months

Salary: £14.48 per hour

Are you an experienced Housing Services Advisor with a broad knowledge of housing operations? Do you know what good customer service looks like and the passion to provide an excellent service to residents? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you.

We’re recruiting for an interim Housing Services Advisor to join a respected housing association in the Hoddesdon area. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing first point of contact customer service to residents, with a range of queries, from rent arrears to tenancy sustainment and lettings.

What You’ll Bring:

• Excellent customer service experience and the passion to provide an excellent service to residents, with a range of queries
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A broad experience of frontline housing operations
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and as a bonus, QL!
