Are you passionate about delivering great customer service and supporting communities? Do you thrive in a busy, people-focused role? We're looking for a proactive and organised Housing Advisor to join our Housing Services team at Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG).
About the Role
As a Housing Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve a wide range of housing enquiries quickly and effectively. You'll provide a high-quality administrative and customer-facing service across all areas of Housing Services, while working closely with Neighbourhood Officers and other colleagues to support tenancy management and service delivery.

What You'll Be Doing
- Handling customer enquiries in person, online and by phone, aiming for first-time resolution
- Providing advice and signposting on housing-related matters
- Supporting administrative processes including tenancy changes, terminations and application assessments
- Helping residents access online services and digital tools
- Keeping accurate records using housing management systems
- Working flexibly across teams and supporting wider service delivery
- Gathering customer feedback and helping us improve our services
- Experience working in a customer service environment
- Basic understanding of housing advice and tenancy processes
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Confident using IT systems and keeping accurate records
- Able to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Resilient, positive and responsive to change
- A commitment to confidentiality, inclusivity and providing excellent customer care
