We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Housing Assistant to join our dynamic and dedicated team at A2Dominion! As part of our bustling Homes and Communities team, you'll play a pivotal role in tackling a variety of housing management challenges.
In this key position, you'll deliver fast, reliable, and exceptional support to our tenants, as well as to colleagues and external partners. With a strong focus on customer service, you'll be the go-to person for handling enquiries swiftly and professionally, helping us create a welcoming and responsive experience every step of the way.

Key responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining the Group's customer care standards.
- Support tenants requiring additional assistance, referring them to appropriate support services when necessary.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with colleagues, working collaboratively both online and in the office.
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident and public enquiries, offering advice and guidance as needed.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing diaries, preparing correspondence, mail merges, emails and reports
- Maintain and update IT systems and ensure manual record-keeping remains accurate and effective.
- Manage small project and help produce monthly reports, including inputting into KPI spreadsheets.
We're looking for someone who's ready to shine in this role and brings the following:
- GCSE's (or equivalent) in Maths and English, grades A*-C
- Customer-focused experience. You've worked in a customer service or admin roles and know how to deliver with a smile.
- Strong IT skills, with high attention to detail and a talent for staying on top of tasks.
- Resilient, resourceful and a great communicator who thrives under pressure and puts excellent service at the heart of everything.
- You excel at problem-solving and truly understand what the customer needs.
- A clean UK driving licence would be desired as there will be a requirement to travel of training purposes.
