This role involves providing administrative and organisational support to the London Housing team. You will assist in the effective delivery of tenancy management, customer services, income management and estate services. In addition, you will respond to a wide range of enquiries from tenants, residents and other customers by providing advice and information in an efficient and courteous manner.

The Company
WATMOS Community Homes is a unique social housing landlord owning just over 2700 homes for rent in the Walsall area of the West Midlands and Lambeth in London. There are also 300 leaseholder properties. As a charitable housing provider, our main role is to provide accommodation for people in need of housing. We are founded on the principles of inclusion and resident empowerment in a culture which values people's individual and collective contribution to their community. Watmos Community Homes (WCH) is based around ten Tenant Management Organisations (TMOs).

The successful candidate will possess:
- Experience of working in an office environment, housing or administration role.
- Experience of working in a customer focused service delivery environment.
- IT literacy skills and the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other appropriate software packages to a high standard.
- Strong written communication skills including the ability to write letters, reports and file notes to a high standard.
