More about your role

This role is a part time position of 16 hours per week and there will be a necessity for a Tuesday to be worked however the additional hours can be worked over any other day of your choice or split over three days. This can be discussed upon interview with the line manager.

This role is based in Oldham and this will cover two sites that are in close proximity to one another. You will primarily support the Tenancy Enforcement and Communities Teams but may be asked to support other teams across the business.

In this role you will provide a comprehensive administrative service for the Housing Management and Tenancy Enforcement Team. You will give advice and information to internal and external customer via the phone and email, delivering a high quality of customer service throughout.

Your role will cover several administrative duties from updating and managing IT systems and tenancy records to logging and investigating complaints from customers. You will have contact with customers and within internal departments enabling us to provide high-quality customer service and administrative support

More about you

It is essential that you have experience within a Customer facing housing role & tenancy management.

To be successful in this role you will have a good administration background and possess excellent customer service skills. With a 'Can do' approach to tasks you will have the ability to work under pressure and unsupervised as well as being able to contribute to a good team working environment

You will have the ability to be empathetic with our customers and their situations when necessary and will take a pro-active approach to problem solving.
