We are looking for dynamic Housing Management Officers to work directly with communities and who are ready to embrace their next challenge, delivering our range of high quality services across a range of functions.
Housing Management Officers are often the main point of contact for our tenants and communities and will be expected to provide a professional and knowledgeable housing management service.
Kirklees is a large area, rich in heritage and with brilliant diversity and culture throughout. Our Housing Management Officers will be expected to engage well with all customers, providing high challenge and high support so that our communities are safe, well maintained and a good place to live.
An important part of the role is to recognise when action needs to be taken to address concerns by listening to our communities and developing action plans for improvement. You will also be expected to work with vulnerable customers who may need additional support throughout their tenancy and to support them to access services via other services across Kirklees partners and the voluntary sector. We work with tenants to help them achieve positive outcomes in order to sustain their tenancy.
