We're looking for 2 Housing Managers to join our Housing team and oversee the My Place Hostel and Community Housing Norwich teams.

As a Housing Manager, you'll be at the heart of our mission, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of housing services. You'll lead a dedicated team, create a safe environment, and make a lasting impact on the lives of young people.

Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery: Lead and inspire your team to provide excellent housing services.

Safeguarding: Champion the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.

Housing Performance: Drive excellence in occupancy, budget management, and service quality.

Co-Production: Foster a culture of involvement and inclusion, engaging young people and volunteers.

Line Management: Recruit, develop, and motivate your team to achieve their best.

Communication: Collaborate with other departments and represent YMCA at external meetings.

Values: Embrace and promote the Christian values of YMCA Norfolk.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience: Proven track record in managing housing and tenancy matters.

Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.

Knowledge: Expertise in safeguarding practices and housing regulations.

Management: Able to manage and motivate a team of staff and volunteers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
