Location: Any Location within Leeds
As a Housing Manager you'll thrive on leading multiple teams to deliver a Housing Landlord service, in a job that's never dull. You may manage teams across different geographical locations, whilst being the Leading representative and Leader of the service in all your geographical areas.

About you
As a Housing Manager,you will bring to the role:
The Housing Manager leads a team who manage the Councils Housing stock in a specific geographical area. They need to maintain the teams focus on delivering excellent customer service whilst also undertaking necessary duties to ensure the health of our communities and undertake income generating work. The Housing Manager will need to display excellent communication, and resilience and have a passion for supporting staff customers and communities.
As our next Housing Manager, you'll provide leadership to ensure that your teams deliver on the council's core values and improve the lives of residents of the Leeds City Council area. Help develop you team's skills and ensure they deliver on all key performance indicators.
The role is integral to our wider landlord service.

- Ability to community effectively and influence customers and stakeholders.
- Relevant degree level qualification or equivalent experience of managing in a Housing context.
- Able to develop innovative solutions to varied and complex problems.
- Knowledge of current social Housing, and issues affecting the sector.
- Experience of developing effective working relationships with resident and ward members to achieve defined outcomes.
