This is a great job opportunity for a Housing Manager to join Home Groups regional housing team in East Coast & Yorkshire. As our Housing Manager, you'll be the face-to-face customer support to our communities. This is the perfect job for you if you like variety and delivering excellent services to our customers and communities. It is an ideal job for someone who has a passion for neighbourhood management and managing anti-social behaviour. You may already have extensive experience as a generic Housing Manager or experience of face-to-face customer service within a similar sector.

- You will develop and maintain a community plan in collaboration with our customers and external stakeholders.
- You will represent Home Group in our communities and be present on our estates undertaking Housing Manager tasks such as: Estate and Block Inspections, Anti-social behaviour management, statutory compliance visits, mutual exchanges, complaints and general tenancy matters.
- You'll work closely with our legal team, who will support in progressing cases.
- You will also have involvement across our other housing management functions.

You have
- You will have a background in housing management processes, either within the housing sector or a similar sector.
- You'll have an understanding of housing management, housing law and customer service.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have a genuine desire to help your customers.
- This job can be challenging, especially when we're dealing with ASB and complaints, but your resilience will help you through.
- Confident working with external partners and stakeholders such as local authorities and statutory departments.

The practical bits
- Hybrid working which involves working from home, in the community and occasional office working.
- You'll manage your own diary and be accountable for achieving KPI's.
- You will need to be able to drive and have access to a vehicle insured for business purposes. Don't worry, we'll pay your business mileage to cover this use!
- You'll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
- We're looking to recruit colleagues who are well placed to travel across these 2 patches, as the role involves regular, estate-based work, including around three days a week working in the community.
- Patch 1 - Leeds, Castleford, Selby and
- Patch 2 - Newsham, Richmond, Sherburn-in-Elmet
