Job Description
We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Housing Needs Team as a Housing Needs Administrator.
Your role
You will provide support and assistance to the Housing Needs Team to ensure that accurate retention and monitoring of data is maintained at all times, in line with statutory requirements and service performance and undertake administrative duties to aid the team in meeting the housing needs targets.
What you will need
You will have previous experience in working to agreed targets and deadlines along with relevant administrative experience working within a team and in a fast-paced environment while under pressure and a good eye for detail and organisation. You will have previously dealt with internal and external partners and have excellent communication skills, including highly developed oral and written communication especially when using Microsoft office.
