Do you have a positive, can-do attitude and good attention to detail? Then we would like to hear from you. We are looking for an energetic individual that can join our housing team to carry out tenancy and estate management. This can include all aspects of Housing Management but will predominantly be focussed on:
  • building strong relationships with tenant to support tenancy sustainment and wellbeing
  • Monitoring and managing rent accounts, implement payment plans, and promote a rent-first culture.
  • Carrying out enforcement where appropriate when the contract conditions have been breached.
helping tenants maintain their tenancies through support and advice but also where appropriate enforcement action when tenants

As a Housing Officer, you will be working with and supporting tenants to sustain their tenancies, and improving peoples lives through quality homes and communities.

You will need to manage your own workload, be an effective team worker and be able to relate and work with both tenants and partner organisations.

Welsh language level - verbal
