About the role:
• Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of a comprehensive housing and
estate management service for a designated patch of homes.
• Job share position
• Instrumental in improving the quality of life of people living on the estate.
• Supporting our tenants to 'Love Where You Live' and 'Green Powys'.
• Build & maintain good relationships with tenants.
• Responsible for allocating homes, tenancy sign ups, mutual exchanges
and void management.
About you:
• Excellent admin, financial and organisational skills & able to prioritise and muti-task
• Able to develop & maintain strong working relationships with tenants and team members
• Good time management skills.
• Must have a full, clean Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
What you will do:
• Deliver housing & estate management services, including income recovery & tenancy management.
• Work with vulnerable households.
• Work with public, voluntary and private sector agencies.
• Use integrated housing systems
• Have an understanding of the range of housing services provided by the
Council & know the Council's responsibilities to tenants & residents.
• Apply housing legislation, guidance and regulations relating to tenancy & estate management
