Housing Officer
F/T Permanent
35 hours
Salary - £35,539.83
Warrington Housing Association is a small, registered provider, managing over 1500 homes. We have excellent customer satisfaction, low tenancy turnover and a small team who provide support and advice to help our tenants remain in their homes. Do you have the knowledge, experience and positive attitude to help WHA continue to provide excellent services to our customers and help us to achieve a C1 rating from the Regulator?
We are seeking a Housing Officer with a strong commitment to supporting tenants and sustaining successful tenancies. You will ideally have experience providing advice, guidance and practical assistance, helping residents to access appropriate services and maintain their homes. Experience in tenant support, safeguarding, or working with vulnerable individuals is highly desirable.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, customer-focused individual to make a real difference. As part of a small, supportive team, you will be involved in a wide range of tenancy and estate management activities. From supporting residents with rent accounts and signposting to support services, to managing neighbour disputes, no two days are the same.
Closing date: Monday 26th January 2026
Interviews: Friday 30th January 2026
If you believe you're the right fit and would thrive in a small organisation where colleagues feel supported and valued, we'd love to hear from you. To apply, please submit both your CV and a supporting statement detailing how you meet the role profile, the skills and knowledge you bring, and why you're eager to join our team. Applications without both documents will not be considered.
No agencies please.
