- Provide a responsive, customer-focused housing service to residents both in their homes and within the local community.
- Offer expert advice and guidance on all aspects of housing management, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct routine inspections on our estate and within our properties.
- Arranging viewings and signing up of new tenants.
- Manage low level tenancy enforcement cases.
- Engage in meaningful customer consultation, helping to shape housing services and policies.
