  • Work in partnership with Local Authorities, Police, voluntary organisations and community groups to address hotspot areas and improve neighbourhood safety.
  • Champion customer engagement, safeguarding, inclusion and empowerment, co-producing local initiatives that strengthen community cohesion.
  • Manage workload and performance effectively, maintaining accurate case records, meeting targets, participating in out-of-hours cover, and line managing Housing or Neighbourhood Assistants where required.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of the housing regulatory environment, with the ability to apply this in practice and embed it into ways of working.
  • Excellent partnership-working skills, building effective relationships with Local Authorities and other key stakeholders.
