About the role

Are you ready to make a real positive impact in your community? We're looking for a dedicated Housing Officer to help us deliver an excellent estate management service.

As a Housing Officer, you'll be the main point of contact for our tenants. Your role will involve providing frontline customer service, responding to tenancy enquiries, supporting community standards, and addressing tenancy breaches. By working collaboratively with a range of teams and external partners, you will help create safe, welcoming, and thriving neighbourhoods while building strong, positive relationships.

Please note: This is a temporary role of up to 11 months, offering a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and make a meaningful contribution to our communities during this period.

Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:
  • has demonstrable experience of working in the social housing sector, committed to providing a good quality of life for our tenants.
  • has a positive, "can do" attitude and demonstrable experience of working in a balanced, fair-minded, clear way with a diverse customer base
  • can prioritise and persist diligently with a varied caseload, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner
