Housing Officer

£32,000.00 - £40,000.00 Per year

At SNG, our purpose is to provide good, affordable homes - the foundation for a better life. We're looking for a Housing Officer to join our team in Bristol and help us create places where people feel safe, supported and proud to live.

This is a full-time, permanent role. You'll manage your own diary and work flexibly between home, the office and visiting customers in our communities.
What you'll do

As a Housing Officer, you'll work closely with customers to manage homes and neighbourhoods, providing a reliable, high-quality service across a mixed tenures.

You'll support customers with a range of housing matters, including:

• Anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood concerns
• Tenancy changes and breaches
• Fraud and safeguarding issues

You'll listen carefully to customers, understand what matters to them, and take action to resolve issues. Through your work, you'll help create safe, welcoming and inclusive communities.

Alongside managing your caseload, you'll also contribute to projects that support thriving neighbourhoods, both now and for the future.

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who:

• Can manage a varied and sometimes complex workload
• Communicates clearly and confidently, especially with customers
• Takes pride in delivering a great customer experience
• Has experience or knowledge of housing management
• Is comfortable using IT systems, including Microsoft Office
• Works well with colleagues, contractors and partner organisations

You'll need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as the role involves visiting customers.
