You'll be supported by various internal teams and local partner where you'll help build safe, welcoming and thriving neighbourhoods across Plymouth-while developing strong, trusted relationships with residents.

- Has experience in social housing or a similar customer-focused environment
- Takes a fair, balanced and empathetic approach when working with diverse communities
- Delivers a 'can-do' attitude, underpinned by resilience and clear, sound judgement
- Effectively manages and prioritises a varied caseload, ensuring all tasks are completed to a successful outcome
- Is committed to improving lives and creating positive community outcomes
