Location: Based at various locations within Barnet or Enfield or Haringey or Waltham Forest depending on area of responsibility.
Salary: £36,565
Hours: 37.5 housr per week

The Role
Our Housing Officers will provide technical or professional expertise and advice to internal and external customers. They are expected to give support to our front line teams and work closely with our senior leaders to deliver great services across the organisation. They will provide key support in the delivery of excellent customer services and creating communities our tenants want to live in. They will also implement our policies and procedures to ensure best practise is applied when dealing with tenancy enquiries.

They will also implement our policies and procedures to ensure best practise is applied when dealing with tenancy enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide a comprehensive customer focussed, proactive and high-quality neighbourhood management service across a defined neighbourhood of under 450 properties from the start to end of their tenancy.
- Ensure that all tenant records on our HMS are up to date with the correct information and each contact with the tenant is recorded accordingly.
- Deliver a comprehensive voids and lettings service across your neighbourhood.
- Encourage resident involvement with the tenants in your neighbourhood
- Be responsible for managing a portfolio of tenancies, working within agreed policies and procedures and utilising all appropriate and available tools to manage tenancies effectively.
- Lead on delivering a programme of neighbourhood, estate and patch/property inspections to ensure they are well maintained and managed, present a safe and secure environment for customers and visitors.
- Identify and report any safeguarding issues in line with our Safeguarding policies
- Investigating all types of Anti-Social Behaviour cases to satisfactory conclusion.
- Deliver services that meet legislation and regulatory requirements and reflect best practice and deliver excellent customer service at all times
