Housing officer
We are seeking to recruit a Housing Officer. The Housing Officer will be primarily responsible for the smooth running and cleaning needs of the onsite housing accommodation which consists of 29 houses, 8 flats and 8 houses in multiple occupancy (HMO). Additionally, the post holder will assist with quality auditing the cleaning contractors of all Babraham Institute Departments as required by the Housing Manager.

The Housing Officer will be a main point of contact for the campus tenanted housing facility, which involves answering phone enquiries, monitoring and answering emails and dealing with any events that may arise in a professional manner. The Housing Officer will manage a diary of new tenancy arrivals and departures and carry out check in, check outs and issuing of keys.

It would be desirable if the candidate had previous experience working in an accommodation facility, managing accommodation and/or experience having cleaning responsibilities in an office environment. The suitable candidate will be able to work as a team member, have a flexible approach to ADHOC duties and be able to adapt to change.
