We are looking for a self-motivated individual, preferably with Housing Management experience to manage safeguarding and complex anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases, ensuring a strong customer focus at all times.
What you will be doing:
• Managing all safeguarding and complex ASB cases for the Home Team, ensuring legislation is followed and focusing on long term solutions.
• Managing cases where a greater focus or intervention is required.
• Working alongside the generic Housing Officers to ensure that comprehensive, consistent services are provided to our customers, ensuring they are at the heart of everything we do.
• Working closely with internal and external partners to ensure a seamless and wholistic offering to customers.
• Ensuring that tenancies are managed appropriately according to the circumstances of the household, making referrals and signposting for support as necessary.
We'd love to meet someone with:
• Excellent customer service skills putting the customer at the heart of what we do
• Good problem-solving, negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Experience of working in partnership with internal teams and external organisations to achieve shared goals
