Location: Dumfries & Galloway - Home based, with regular travel across the region.
This role will primarily cover the East of the region, specifically postcode areas DG1, DG2, DG3 & DG4 (Dumfries, Mid and Upper Nithsdale). Access to hot desking in Dumfries.
Salary range: £33,343 for candidates who can demonstrate the core skills and potential to succeed in the role, even if new to housing.
£38,500 - £42,630 for candidates who hold a relevant CIH or other qualification and/or can demonstrate housing management experience.
+ competitive benefits package which includes 40 days annual leave including public holidays, plus additional wellbeing days, 8% employer contribution pension scheme and salary sacrifice options, and more.
Hours: 35 hours each week, worked Monday to Friday. Fixed term contract up to 12 months (maternity cover).

The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a patch of homes and providing a generic housing management service, covering tenancy and estate management, empty homes and lettings, rent accounts, tenant and community engagement, and tenancy enforcement. You'll provide excellent services to tenants by:
While this role is home based there is a requirement to regularly attend patches, in person meetings and training events at locations across the region we therefore have a business need for the post holder to be within close proximity of the patch which is within the East of the region covering Dumfries, and Mid and Upper Nithsdale.
