We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Intensive Housing Management team. The post holder will be working with a mixture of introductory and secure tenants and the duties include:

  • General tenancy management, working with customers when we have identified needs which impact on their ability to manage their tenancy.
  • Low level tenancy enforcement and intensive management of cases within a defined caseload.
  • Arranging viewings and signing up new tenants when we have identified needs which impact on their ability to manage their tenancy.
  • Getting involved with customer consultation.
  • Making referrals to, and working with, partners and other organisations to sustain tenancies.
  • Project work, which may include services around domestic abuse and housing, learning disability properties, temporary accommodation, services for young people leaving care etc.
You will maintain a high-quality customer service focus in all aspects of the role ensuring that appropriate needs assessments, risk assessments and action plans are completed and reviewed within the procedural time frames. You will be able to work on your own or as part of a team in a fast paced environment. You will have excellent negotiation skills, be organised and motivated.

This role is a combination of working from home and in the Local Housing Office so the ability to do so is paramount to the success in this role.
