Working 36.5 hours per week
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Birmingham City Council's Housing Management service and provide a real
difference for the tenants of this city. This is an opportunity to join the Neighbourhood Estates Service Team as a
GR4 Housing Officer. Providing a consistent, excellent, reliable, customer focussed Housing Management
and estate services duties To supervise estate based staff and undertake duties as required within Estate
services to forge positive working relationships with colleagues, residents, contractors and both internal and
external partners. E.G. Fleet and Waste Management, Parks, Repairs Service and contractors.
