Housing Officer - Lateral Move

Permanent

Grade 4 - £32,076 - £39,186

Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review

Working 36.5 hours per week

This is an opportunity to join Birmingham City Council's Housing Management Service and provide a real difference for the tenants of this city. This is a vital role ensuring the environmental cleanliness, maintenance and appearance of our neighbourhoods, estates, communal sites, blocks and associated assets. Managing staff and resources and working with partners, tenants and citizens to positively affect the local environment, to both internal and external areas. Managing the associated health and safety of staff, assets and service delivery ensuring that required procedures are in place and followed accordingly.

The role will report to a Housing Manager and will work as part of a team.
