Housing Officer- Lateral Move
Permanent
Grade 4 - £32,076 - £39,186 (pro rata)
Consultation Grade subject to formal review under job evaluation
Working 18.25 hours per week
Part Time Housing Officer
Lateral move opportunity for a part time Housing Officer based in Central North and West area, undertaking the full range of housing management duties which may vary according to the size and profile of the area. Using prevention, early intervention education and enforcement approaches and to ensure the proper management of council tenancies in accordance with BCCs Tenancy Management policy and related procedures, in compliance with all relevant legislation, regulatory codes, guidance and professional practice.
Case manage complex, high level, and/or escalated cases from Neighbourhood Officers and maintain accurate case management and other administrative records according to the required standards and procedures and by using appropriate IT systems.
You must upload a Supporting Statement via the attachments part of your application. This is required for shortlisting; you need to describe how your experience and skills fit the essential criteria for the role as specified in the Person Specification.
